To add an email alias through cPanel:
In the shortcuts area of the Home page , click Aliases (Email section). The Aliases form opens, showing the current aliases on the site. <!-- kadovFilePopupInit('a4'); //-->
Click Add an Alias. The Add Alias form opens.
In the Alias field, enter a name for the new alias.
In the Forward To field, specify users on this site who will be included in the alias by clicking the arrow and choosing the users from the list.
The list includes both users and other aliases. The full name of the user is shown in parentheses.
Note: By default, the Forward To list above this field retains a selected name. If you are forwarding the email only to users outside the site, deselect the user in the Forward To list by pressing and holding the Ctrl key while clicking on the name.
In the Forward To (outside of site) field, specify users outside the site who will be included in the alias. Enter the email addresses, separated by commas.
Click Add Alias.
