If you didn't purchase your domain from us, we are not able to change the DNS since we don't have control over the domain, to do so you have to provide us with your domain name control panel details and loginFrom most domain registrars, you can do this yourself using the company's control panel, but if you are confused send us those details adn we will be more than happy to change it on your behalf.
